A draggable, resizable camera preview

Right now, the camera preview is a small box in the corner. Before recording, I’d like to make it bigger so I can check for anything distracting in the background—or crumbs on my shirt. 😂
It would be great if I could resize the preview, drag it around, and move it to another monitor.
