Option to replace screen recording in SK bundle without inheriting original video's adjustments

I wanted to share a piece of feedback on the SK bundle workflow.
My usual use case is to record the screen separately without any voice, edit it, and export it as an MP4. I then record a separate reaction/explanation video where I talk through the screen recording, and combine the two afterward.
Currently, I replace the original screen MP4 inside the SK bundle under the Media/Raw folder with my own screen recording. The problem is that all the effects and adjustments applied to the original video carry over to my replacement video. Since my video can have different timing, framing, or dimensions, I usually have to manually readjust the track to make everything fit.
It would be great if there were a simpler way to replace the screen recording without automatically inheriting the original video’s adjustments, or at least an option to reset those adjustments when replacing the media. That would make this workflow much smoother.
