Adjustable audio/video sync offset

I use a mirrorless camera with a separate audio setup, and the two signals arrive slightly out of sync … the video arrives before the audio.

An option to delay either signal by a set number of frames or milliseconds would be really useful. In my case, I need to delay the video by about 5 frames to get everything in sync.

I currently use this feature in Ecamm (I was not able to attach a screenshot here), and I’d love to have something similar in ScreenKite.
